Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain vital documents have not been annexed with the writ petition and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the prayer of the petitioner, WPA No. 13567 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action annexing appropriate documents.

There will be no order as to costs.
