Learned counsel for the State has filed the status report in respect of P.S. Case No.209 of 2025 and 213 of 2025. Learned counsel further submits that in the present case the victim Sheela Roy had suffered grievous injury.

The court has perused the status report in both the cases. 3.

It is the dispute between two brothers and seems to be an over property. The investigation is already complete in both the cases.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be admitted to pre-arrest bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local. Subject to the further conditions that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when called

and shall not threaten, tamper or intimidate the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. 6.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
