Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State, files status report in compliance to the order dated 13.7.2022. The same is kept with the record. She submits that the investigating agency has submitted final report due to mistake of fact vide Bagnan Police Station FRMF No.149 of 2013 and the same has been accepted by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah.

It is found from the status report dated 05.7.2022 submitted by the SI of Police, Bagnan Police Station that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer has submitted final report due to mistake of fact vide Bagnan PS FRMF No.149 of 2013 dated 30.4.2013. The aforesaid final report due to mistake of fact has been duly accepted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah and the case has been finally disposed of. In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application stands dismissed.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
