The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being ACGR Case No. 1624 of 2017 arising out of Netaji Nagar P.S. Case No. 104(4) of 2017 dated 04.04.2017 under Sections 420/406/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
