The State of West Bengal The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against the order dated 08.08.2016 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Uttar Dinajpur, issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner in connection with GR case No. 2393 of 2015 arising out of Raiganj P.S. Case No. 1457 of 2015 dated 12.12.2015 under Sections 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
