1) Read order dated June 24, 2024.

2) We had directed the learned Trial Court to conclude the argument and decide the case by delivering judgment within a month from the date of that order.

3) Today, the State files a report (let the same be kept with the records), wherefrom we find that argument started on June 21, 2024, and was held on nine subsequent dates. Argument was concluded yesterday (July 25, 2024).

4) In that view of the matter, we dispose of this bail application by directing the learned Trial Court to pronounce judgment positively within three weeks from date (August 16, 2024).

5) CRM (DB) 1704 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed.

6) The parties shall immediately communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
