AND In the matter of:- Dilip Kumar Gupta ... petitioner This revisional application has been preferred against the judgement and order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Calcutta, in Misc.Case No.127 of 2006 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, wherein, learned court was pleased to award the maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month for the wife and Rs.1500/- per month to the minor son.

I have perused the judgement so delivered including the quantum of amount so considered by the learned Family Court while arriving at its conclusion.

Having regard to the fact that on an appreciation of evidence the conclusion reached by the learned Judge by awarding maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month for the wife and Rs.1500/- per month to the minor son being a meagre amount, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, C.R.R.1385 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
