It is clearly submitted by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the relief sought having already been granted by way of processing of the re-issuance of passport to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner corroborates such contention.

Accordingly, WPA No. 13575 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.

Written instruction filed in court in that regard be kept on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the

parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
