Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the deceased suffered burn injury. Subsequent to such injuries, the deceased stayed at her matrimonial home. The deceased never complained against the husband. The complaint on the basis of which the police case was started was made by the father of the deceased. He submits that, the husband of the deceased was granted bail by the Jurisdictional Court. Moreover, the police submitted charge-sheet. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be required. State is represented.

Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that charge-sheet was submitted and that the husband of the deceased is on bail, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court on every date fixed and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
