Case no. 3818 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that charge has been framed on 7th July, 2022. Witness action is yet to commence.

In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within one year from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. C.R.R. 2169 of 2024 is disposed of.
