JUDGMENT

1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against the interim order passed in W.P.A. No.12554 of 2021 dated 24th August, 2021. Though, this appeal was filed on 7th September, 2021, the appellants took no steps to list this appeal before the Court. Furthermore, the interim order has been in force since 24th August, 2021.

2. Therefore, whatever was the position remaining pursuant to such interim order cannot be interfered with, at this juncture.

3. Therefore, appeal along with the connected application stand dismissed.

4. It will open to the appellants to urge all points pending in the writ petition.

5. No costs.
