The present revisional application stands dismissed for default.

It appears from the status report that 6.7.2022 has been fixed for execution of warrant issued against the petitioners. It is further reported that petitioner no. 1, Ajoy Ghosh has already expired on 15.4.2021.

State is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard to the petitioner no. 1, Ajoy Ghosh who as per report expired on 15.4.2021.

Interim order if any, stands vacated.
