It appears therefrom that the son of the petitioner, life convict Pijush Goswami, son of Pradip Goswami, has been released from the correctional home on 10th July, 2025 in terms of the Order No. 1575-JL dated 8th July, 2025 issued by the Judicial Department, Government of West Bengal.

As the relief sought for by the petitioner has been allowed, accordingly, there is no requirement of keeping the writ petition pending any further. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
