Let it be kept with the record. It appears from the aforesaid report that the case being GR Case No. 2314/2008 arising out of Bantra P.S. Case No. 80/2008 has already been disposed of by the trial court on 9.3.2021 acquitting the accused persons.

In view of the above, the present revisional application has become infructuous and is dismissed.
