It is submitted he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner had made false inducement and cohabited with the victim. He took objectionable pictures and thereafter circulated the same to various persons to harass and humiliate her.

We have considered materials on record. Statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C is corroborated by electronic evidence collected during investigation. In view of the nature of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
