The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondent is interfering with his peaceful possession of a piece of land.

It appears to this Court that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondent are purely civil in nature.

In view of the above, this writ petition shall stand disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Forum for redressal of its grievances.

There will be no order as to costs.
