From the report filed by the Inspector-inCharge, Bagnan Police Station signed on 3rd July, 2024 it appears that FIR No.548/2021 dated 4th November, 2021 has culminated in the Bagnan PS Charge Sheet no.709/23 dated 30th November, 2023 under Sections 420/406 IPC against the respondent no.7 in the instant writ petition.

In view of the above, it will be open for the petitioner to seek further remedy before the learned Trial Judge in seisin of the matter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
