1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the State including the statement of the victim and her parents recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, his tender age, possibility of reform in him and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Judge, Special Court cum POCSO Court, Murshidabad at Berhampore, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with C.Spl. Case No. 84 of 2022 arising out of Domkal Police Station Case No. 669 of 2022 dated 18.10.2022.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
