Barat ... for the respondent nos.6&7 Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is a septuagenarian who has been facing inconveniences because of the overt acts of the private respondent no.5.

The petitioner complains that she has been subjected to harassment, humiliation and torture at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State submits a report which reflects that a Partition Suit being PS No. 265 of 2016 is pending before the learned jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6 and 7 is present.

I find from the report of the police authorities that the petitioner intends to install CCTV for overall surveillance which is the subject-matter of dispute.

If the petitioner intends to install the same and till date the same has not been given effect to, the petitioner will approach the civil court which is already in seisin of the issues.

In case, the civil court passes any direction upon the police authorities, the police authorities would assist the petitioner for installation of such CCTV cameras.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14720 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
