1. Challenging the notice dated 11th June, 2025 issued by the Secretary , Cooperative Election Commission, West Bengal, the purport whereof seeks to interfere with election schedule published by the Assistant Returning Officer, Milani SKUS limited, the instant writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner however at the time of moving the writ petition by placing before this Court the communication dated 18th June, 2025 issued by the Secretary, Cooperative Election Commission would submit that by the aforesaid, the communication dated 11th June, 2025 has in fact been withdrawn and the election has been directed to be held inconsonance with the original schedule published by the Assistant

returning Officer on 4th June, 2025. Let a copy of the aforesaid communication as placed before this Court be taken on record.

3. Having regard to the above, since the petitioner's grievance has been met, I am of the view nothing survives in the present writ petition.
