Mr. Majumder, learned advocate submits with written instruction from the railway authority that the competent authority of the railway has decided to withdraw the instant appeal, which covered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment passed in Rina Devi.

Heard the learned advocate and perused the written instruction issued by the competent authority of railway through G Mail.

Considering the submission and considering the written instruction, the instant appeal and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order passed by this Court is hereby also vacated.

Let the written instruction be taken on record. Accordingly, FMA 1344 of 2017 is disposed of.
