The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Bahitrakunda High School (H.S.), District :

Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner is complaining that he has not been provided with the basic pay to which he is entitled to.

The petitioner has a pending representation dated April 24, 2023 for redressal of his said grievance before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : Purba Medinipur, the respondent no.3 herein, which forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-6'.

The respondent no.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of

communication of this order, if necessary after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. WPA 13591 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the said writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
