In view of the fact that Mr. Sourav Mukherjee, Advocate in CRM (A) 1817 of 2024 has submitted on instruction that the petitioners are not willing to press the application and the present application affirmed by Abhijit Mandal who happens to be the petitioner in CRM (A) 1817 of 2024, this application also accordingly stands dismissed.

2. We deprecate the practice adopted by the petitioners in approaching this Court by engaging multiple Advocates for the self-same cause of action.

3. This application is dismissed with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the SLSA and no future application shall be entertained unless the receipt of payment is produced along with the application.
