Petitioner has preferred the writ petition as according to her, the police authorities have never complied with the directions passed by the tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 as also the directions passed by a co-ordinate Bench in WPA 19866 of 2021.

I do not find from the records of the writ petition that any representation for non-compliance or information to the police authorities have been advanced.

State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record.

Having considered the manner in which the writ petition has been preferred, I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, WPA 13567 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
