The prayer of the petitioner seeking 'A' category scale of pay is pending consideration before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Uttar Dinajpur.

Without going into the merits of the prayer of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Uttar Dinajpur to take into consideration the representation fled by the petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Though the petitioner asserts that the representation was submitted before the office of the Chairman but there is nothing on record to suggest that the representation was served.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 4th June,

2019 along with all other supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the aforesaid respondent at the time of consideration of the representation of the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
