The writ petition was disposed of on February 07, 2024. The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the writ petition number recorded in the said order, which due to typographical error, has wrongly gone down as "WPA 13443 of 2023" instead of "WPA 13443 of 2022".

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order dated February 07, 2024 to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
