Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has handed over the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur in connection with Special Trial No. 106/2024 (NDPS Case No. 61/2023) which reflects that the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges.

In view of the petitioner having been acquitted of the charges, the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 741 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
