Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities and as such has approached this Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 6 submits that he has specific instructions that on oath he would not disturb the present petitioners.

On behalf of the respondent no. 6 it is further submitted that she has left India during the period on which the alleged offence has been complained of at the behest of the petitioner. Be that as it may, there is a continuous dispute amongst the family members. Having regard to the same, the State has already taken steps as is

reflected from the report and is aware regarding the strained relationship. Consequently, State would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing among the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 13596 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
