The petitioners complain of alleged inaction on the part of the police. The petitioners have obtained a decree, which confirmed upto the appeal.

The petitioners claim that the defendants in the suit are continuing to obstruct them.

This Court is of the view that the remedy of the petitioners to seek execution of the said decree and direction on the police thereupon. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
