It has been pointed out that there is a typographical error in the order dated September 6, 2022. In third paragraph of the said order at page 1 the order date of the Coordinate Bench was wrongly recorded as "August 7, 2007" instead of "August 17, 2007".

Let such error be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 6th September, 2022. Other portions of the order dated 6th September, 2022 shall remain unaltered. (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
