The earlier two applications were rejected on December 22, 2020 and October 19, 2020.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, although charge-sheet was submitted, charges are yet to be framed.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the post mortem report and the fact that the date of framing of charges is fixed on September 18, 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and considering that there is hardly any change in circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

We, however, request the Jurisdictional Court to frame the charges as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from date.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected and the application being CRM 6009 of 2021 is disposed of. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
