1. The writ petitioner in this Public Interest Litigation seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to dispose of his representations dated 10.05.2023 and 17.05.2023.
2. According to the petitioner, a public play ground has unauthorisedly given away for agricultural purpose and the same soil has been excavated and also sold to private parties.
3. Since the writ petition is still pending before the authorities, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the writ petitioner in the writ petition or in his representations, we direct respondent no. 6 herein, the Block Development Officer, Mathurapur-II, Post Office Companirthek, Baribhanga Abad, P.S. Raidighi, South 24 Parganas, Pin 743349 to consider the representations of the writ petitioner and after giving notice to the writ petitioner and the 11th respondent, conduct an enquiry and to pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of the server
copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
