(AD 16) (S. Banerjee) Mr. Soumyajit Bhatta ...for the petitioner This application under 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No. 278 of 2009 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, more particularly from the order dated June 3, 2025 this court finds that the plaintiff was directed to take steps regarding the death of a party. It is also found that July 17, 2025 has been fixed for taking steps by the plaintiff.

In view thereof, this court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations, CO 2133 of 2025 stands disposed of.
