For respondent No. 7 Mr. Aninda Bhattacharya, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the writ petitioner and submits that the writ petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. In support of such submission, Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate, has filed a letter dated 27th September, 2021 which he has received from his client and the same is taken on record. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate, has also sought for liberty to file fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action since there are certain mistakes while preparing the writ petition.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution with liberty to file afresh with better particulars, if so advised.
