Manas Sarkar, Inspector-in-Charge, Purulia Town Police Station is virtually present in Court. 2.

Mr. Wasim Ahmed, learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this Court dated 14th September, 2022 does not clearly direct the police to assist the petitioner in constructing a boundary wall. 3.

This Court is of the view that the order dated 14th September, 2022 indicates as such albeit without specific directions.

Be that as it may, the Purulia Town Police shall ensure that the petitioners are able to construct a boundary wall peacefully around their premises. 5.

In the event the private respondents have any claim on the property, they may take out appropriate proceedings before a civil Court in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
