Roy ..for the contemnor no. 1 This contempt proceeding has been drawn up on alleged violation of the order dated 22nd February, 2022 passed by this Court on the connected writ petition. Today, Mr. Amitave Choudhuri, learned advocate appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 1 and files one affidavit-of-compliance affirmed on 1st September, 2022 which is taken on record. On perusal of the said affidavit-of-compliance it appears that the alleged contemnor no. 1 vide memo dated 22nd August, 2022 regularised the service of the applicant in terms of the order passed by this Court on 22nd February, 2022. In view of such memo dated 22nd August, 2022 issued by the alleged contemnor it appears that the order passed by this Court on 22nd February, 2022 stands complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding stands dropped and the contempt application being CPAN 615 of 2022 stands disposed of.

Learned advocate of the alleged contemnor no. 1 is directed to serve a copy of this affidavit of compliance upon Mr.
