Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader, to represent the State, his appointment be regularized, copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Basu Mallick.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Bengali at Jamtala Bhagaban Chandra High School (H.S.), District: South 24 Parganas. She is praying general transfer on the grounds that the school is 188 kilometers away from her residence and her husband is also a teacher of a school at Purba Bardhaman.

None of the grounds appear to be good grounds for general transfer.

WPA 14286 of 2021 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
