This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour to dispose of Title Suit No.86 of 2001.

From the order-sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that date has been fixed for acceptance of the written statement of the added defendant nos. 24 to 26 and for taking fresh steps by defendant no.7 (Ka) positively.

This Court finds that the suit is not yet ready for hearing. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage.

The civil revision application stands disposed of with the above observation.
