The aforesaid amount of Rs. 10,000/- will be used by the Registrar Administration (General & Infrastructure) for the purpose of renovation/maintenance of the ladies wash room(s) in the main building of the High Court. The money will be used only for the aforesaid purpose and not for any other purpose. The utilization certificate shall be produced before this Court.

The learned Registrar general is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Registrar. The writ petition stands disposed of.
