1. Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.

2. CAN 5 of 2026 is filed praying for extension of interim order.

3. The present revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer to Act VIII, Misc Case No.5 of 2023, pending in the Court of the Learned Additional District and Session Judge, Kalyani to the Court of the Learned District Judge, at Hooghly.

4. Admittedly, the child lives with the petitioner mother/wife at Chisurah, Hooghly and that is his ordinary place of residence.

5. Considering that the ordinary place of residence of the child is at Hooghly, the prayer is considered and allowed.

6. Let the Act VIII, Misc Case No.5 of 2023, pending before the Court of the Learned Additional District and Session Judge, Kalyani be transferred to the Court of the Learned District Judge, at Hooghly.

7. Learned District Judge, Hooghly shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.

8. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned District Judge shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if the parties make such prayer.

9. CO 1920 of 2024 is disposed of.

10. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.

11. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
