1. By way of this writ petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation, the writ petitioner who claims to be a public spirited person, states that there is huge public money that has been misappropriated under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. As it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that already public interest writ petitions are pending before this Court, certain interim directions have already been granted. Therefore, we do not propose to multiply the litigations. Hence, we grant liberty to the petitioner to intervene in those proceedings and file affidavit as well

2. With the above observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
