The property/land referred to in the writ petition and the dispute referred to in the writ petition relates to demarcation.

In view of the orders passed in WPA 13766 of 2024 and WPA 13801 of 2024 both dated 06.03.2025 by this court, so far as the property is concerned it would be the civil court who will decide the issue.

However, if there is any interference with the life and liberty of the individual including the

petitioner herein, the police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14672 of 2024 is disposed of.

The server copies of the orders dated 06.03.2025 passed in WPA 13766 of 2024 and WPA 13801 of 2024 be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
