In the order of this Court dated 11.02.2022 it was held that such recommendation letter and appointment letter are hit by Section 9 of the School Service Commission Act, 1997 and it was made clear that under no circumstances, she will be allowed to work in any school by the said recommendation of the School Service Commission.

However, learned advocate for the petitioner wanted to take instruction from his client and today

he has submitted that his client is not willing to file any further affidavit in respect of this writ application in support of his case relating to Section 9 of the above Act.

After recording such submission, this writ application is dismissed.
