2. This appeal assails the order dated 5th August, 2021, whereby WPA 9351 of 2021 was decided. Learned Single Judge has taken into account the statement of government counsel that if petitioner informs the police for protection before raising construction, appropriate action will be taken. By recording this, the writ petition was disposed of.

3. The learned Single Judge has taken a plausible view which does not warrant interference.

Thus, interference is declined and the intra-court appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.

4. Interlocutory order (if any) stands vacated.

5. No order as to costs.
