In the cause-title, the case number has wrongly been typed as 'W.P.A. 3862 of 2016' but it should be 'F.M.A. 3862 of 2016'.

The other part of the order dated July 4, 2023 shall remain unchanged.

The order dated July 4, 2023, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated July 4, 2023.

Department is directed to effect the necessary correction in the order dated July 4, 2023.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis.
