Since supplementary chargesheet along with chemical examination report is filed by the investigating officer in connection with Bagdah Police Station Case No. 702 of 2021 under Sections 20(b)(ii) (a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the grievance of the petitioner is satisfied and the instant revision becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revision be dismissed being infructuous.
