Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Director of Mass Education Extension Directorate/respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13th June 2019 being Annexure - P11 to the writ petition of the petitioner for higher scale of pay, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative and will communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 12567 of 2019 is disposed of.
