...for the respondent The learned Counsel for the parties have submitted that the learned District Judge, North 24th Parganas has disposed of the application for mutual divorce filed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on 28th July, 2022 in presence of the parties.

In view thereof, the impugned decree is set aside and the appeal is disposed of by recording that the marriage between the parties has been dissolved on 28th July, 2022. In view of the dismissal of the appeal and dissolution of marriage between the parties, it is expected that the parties shall not proceed with the pending proceedings against each other.
