Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State submits that a raid was conducted from source information. At the time of raid, the petitioner fled away. His wife was arrested who made a statement stating that manufacture of heroin was carried on by her and the petitioner jointly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
