On 25th March, 2018 the appellant no. 2 died leaving his legal heirs and representatives described in paragraph 5 of the petition.

Let them be substituted in place of the appellant no. 2 within two weeks of communication of this order. On 17th October, 2019, the appellant no. 1 died. One of his legal heirs and representatives is already on record as appellant no. 3 and the others would be on record when the legal heirs and representatives of the appellant no. 2 are substituted as above. We simply record his death.

The department is directed to carry out the above substitution within two weeks of communication of this order in the cause title and in all other records where it is necessary.

A copy of the amended cause title shall be served by the advocate-on-record for the applicants on the other parties.

This application for substitution (CAN 4 of 2022) is accordingly allowed.

Ms. Agarwal, learned advocate for the appellants submits that the appeal is ready for hearing. List this appeal under the heading "Short Haring" on 12th May, 2022.
